Mma equipment and maybe a workout schedule or something?

like the best shorts and knee and elbow pads best grappling gloves and a good warm up and good strength workout and also where i can get the gear and maybe a printout for the workouts and maybe if you have knowledge of a few good moves and have videos on how to execute said move please include that or just the names of the move so i can research them thanks
