Please help! how can i talk to this guy?

i work at a school age services center and i'm a group counselor, so there really isn't much time to socialize. there's a guy that works in the kitchen and i think he's really cute! i think he likes me because every time i walk into the room and he's standing there he gets all bashful and goes back into the kitchen. one time, i was doing the cupid shuffle with the kids and he was watching me, i think, because he ran back into the kitchen when i noticed him. the only things i've asked him are "who sings that song?" and "can i have more juice!" lol we were sitting close today and i could feel him staring at me! i know people think that work & dating don't mix, but technically we don't work together. haha how can i talk to him?
