My parents don't like my boyfriend should I still date him?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for one month.Just so you know I go to college and i want to be a nurse. My boyfriend is not in school but he wants to be a car engineer in the future. He used to dress kind of ghetto and with me he sometimes acts kind of ghetto, from the streets. But now he dresses normal/preppy looking. He met my brother and my brother doesnt like him at all, he thinks that he hides his true personality coming to my house dressed in long sleeves because he has tatoos.Which by the way my family detest tattoos. Overall my brother doesnt like him and he thinks im too good for him. I know my mom doesnt like my boyfriend for me either and my dad most probably thinks the same thing. Sometimes i think that he's not for me. Not that im too good for him or he's too good for me but that we're not made for each other. We got into a fight the other day and i haven't been able to stop think if i should continue our relationship or not?
