Do you think i'll qualify for NHS Braces? (please help!) (10 pts)?

Im 14 year old boy i had a dentist appointment in february and in may my orthodontist appointment finally came to be at the end of june :/ but my dentist didn't even tell me if i need them he just said he'll send me to Blah Blah Blah orthodontist for my Braces (confuzzled) so i know its hard to get nhs braces but im hoping i do although my teeth dont look to bad to the eye i have slightly overlapping front teeth causing one tooth to appear slightly bigger than the other so when i bite down only one tooth touches the bottom row of teeth causing the part that doesn't touch to make an open bite on the entire one side of my mouth i have some crowding and overlapping on the bottom row of teeth also contributing to the bite being opened and some more miner problems else were i mean its like a gap in my teeth but under my tooth which causes it to be a gap around the entire so of my mouth, that's why i hope to gain braces because its a genuine problem right? well what do you think please help, thanks
