Subaru grinds a little shifting into second when warm, why only when warm or even at all?

It's cause by the transmission oil, either the oil is worn or low level. On warm, the oil has circulating. On drive, the oil has circulating and loaded by the engine. The worn or low level can't afford the load to the gear.
